In the video, posted to HBO’s YouTube page, the 60-year-old Oscar-nominated actor appears encased in a team of makeup artists and hairstylists, shaving his head and applying mounds of special effects makeup. At the end of the 50-second video, a barely recognizable Cranston appears in front of the camera with prosthetic face pieces and thick eyebrows, clearly resembling LBJ.

The LBJ-featured drama, directed by Jay Roach, also stars Anthony Mackie, Melissa Leo and Ray Wise, and revolves around the early days of Johnson as president following John F. Kennedy’s death.
