The “Crank That” rapper has been sentenced to 240 days in jail and 265 hours of community service for violating his 2014 weapons probation, according to TMZ. A Van Nuys Superior Court judge sentenced Big Draco on Tuesday.

The judge was reportedly considering a two-year sentence but cited Soulja’s business opportunities as grounds to reduce the sentence. The 28-year-old is said to have been credited with 40 days served.

Soulja was taken into custody earlier this month. Authorities claimed he tried to forge paperwork suggesting he completed community service hours, per Billboard. He was also arrested in March after a Feb. police raid revealed Soulja had ammunition in his home, a violation of his probation.
