Kiefer Sutherland is hitting the road, and may be coming to a venue near you.
The former “24”; star won’t be defusing bombs or interrogating terrorists, however, but will be picking up a guitar to perfrom songs from his upcoming debut country album, “Down In A Hole”; during his North American tour.
In fact, the actor/musician has just added 11 new Canadian dates, following the first leg of the tour that will wrap up at the famed Grand Ole Opry in Nashville on May 31.
Sutherland will resume the tour in June 16, kicking things off in Ontario and performing a string of Canadian dates concluding with a June 30 show in Quebec City.
“There is something very satisfying about being able to look back on my own life, good times and bad, and express those sentiments in music,” Sutherland said of performing live in front of fans. “As much as I have enjoyed the writing and recording process, I am experiencing great joy now being able to play these songs to a live audience, which was something I hadn’t counted on.”
