Prince Harry is getting ready to travel to The Netherlands!

On Wednesday, the Royal Communications Office announced that the Duke of Sussex will travel to The Netherlands on May 8 and May 9. While there, Harry will undertake an official engagement in Amsterdam and travel to The Hague to officially launch the one-year countdown to the Invictus Games The Hague 2020.

Prior to the travel announcement, Harry and his wife Meghan Markle‘s Instagram account announced that they intend to follow different accounts and charities each month to support a new cause. The initiative began with accounts supporting mental health, as May is Mental Health Awareness month.

Among the first accounts featured are Talkspace, an online and mobile therapy company; PANDAS, a charity that supports families coping with pre- and postnatal mental illnesses; and Heads Together, which aims to change the conversation about mental health.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month in the US and May 13-19 is Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK. To pay tribute to all of the incredible work people across the globe are doing in this space, we are hoping to shine a light on several Instagram accounts that promote mental well-being, mental fitness, body positivity, self-care, and the importance of human connection – to not just hear each other, but to listen. There are countless organisations doing amazing work for mental health – please consider the accounts we’ve highlighted as a small snapshot of this global support network. We are all in this together. We invite you to explore the extraordinary stories of strength, and the commitment to kindness as seen in the above accounts. Each month we will honour this same concept and change the accounts we solely follow based on a different theme or cause. Please go to our homepage and click “following” to see each of the select accounts and find out more about their work. Please note: Images shared are from some of the handles we are now following

The travel news comes as anticipation mounts for the arrival of Harry and Meghan’s first child. Last month, a source told ET that the Duchess of Sussex is due “any day now” while “enjoying her pregnancy and anticipating the days ahead.”

“It is such a happy and exciting time for Meghan,” the source said. “She looks absolutely radiant and is taking each day at a time. [She is] looking forward to becoming a mother.”

Though the birth could happen any time now, royal fans won’t know exactly when Baby Sussex makes his or her arrival. Meghan and Harry announced that — unlike Prince William and Kate Middleton — they will not pose for photos with the newborn outside of the hospital. Rather, they’ll share photos taken on the grounds of Windsor Castle at a later date.

“Meghan Markle does not want the pressure of having to pose on the steps for cameras so soon after childbirth,” a source recently told ET, adding that, while the couple is “extremely excited” for the birth of their first child, they intend to “enjoy the magic of childhood without any undue expectations.”
