The Palace has confirmed to ET Canada that the media will be notified when Meghan Markle is in labour.
Despite Meghan and Prince Harry recently releasing a statement to say they would be enjoying some private time as a family before revealing their new arrival to the world, it’s now been reported that fans won’t have long to wait to see the little one.
People added that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will also pose with their newborn for a photo op on the grounds of Windsor Castle just days after Baby Sussex is born.
After it was revealed that Harry would be travelling to the Netherlands next week, fans immediately put two and two together and figured the pair had already secretly welcomed the baby.
However, royal reporters took to Twitter to insist this was not the case.
Harry and Meghan previously said in a statement: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very grateful for the goodwill they have received from people throughout the United Kingdom and around the world as they prepare to welcome their baby.”
They added regarding the birth, ”Their Royal Highnesses have taken a personal decision to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private. The Duke and Duchess look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family.”
