Nicole Kidman Says Hugh Jackman Helped Her ‘Heal’ After Tom Cruise Divorce

Nicole Kidman credits friend Hugh Jackman and his wife Deborra-lee Furness for helping her “heal” after she split from Tom Cruise.

Kidman, 51, was married to Cruise, 56, for 10 years before they called it quits. The couple adopted two children together; Isabella Cruise, 26, and Connor Cruise, 24.

The actress told Australian Women’s Weekly: “When I got divorced, Hugh and Deb were so much a part of my healing.”

“They were some of my best friends through that period,” she added, according to Metro.

Kidman has since married Keith Urban. The showbiz pair are about to celebrate their 13th wedding anniversary together.

She also discussed being a mom to daughters Faith Margaret, eight, and Sunday Rose, 10, in the interview.

Kidman shared, “I had spent my whole life trying to get pregnant.

“We both were desperate to find that person [to have children with]. We’d also reached that place of going, ‘Gosh, I wonder if it’s ever going to happen.'”
