Queer Eye’s Antoni Porowski opens up about his crippling battle with anxiety in a new clip for the Child Mind Institute‘s annual #MyYoungerSelf campaign.
Every day this month, a different celebrity is sharing an inspiring, homemade cell phone video, speaking to their younger self – and to kids struggling today – about overcoming a mental health or learning disorder.
The Child Mind Institute’s campaign is focused on ending the stigma attached to mental health and learning disorders, and encouraging every young person to get the help they need and deserve.

Porowski is the latest celeb to share their story, telling the camera: “When I was growing up I had a lot of anxiety attacks and sometimes they would come out of the blue and sometimes they were triggered by something really stressful that was going on in my life.”
