The funeral lasted for approximately two hours, according to AP News, and no media presence was permitted inside.

Ice Cube famously starred in Singleton’s beloved 1991 teenhood drama “Boyz N The Hood”. The film served as an important launching pad for both the rapper’s acting career and the filmmaker’s directing career. Co-stars Nia Long and Morris Chestnut were also present.
