Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Reveal Their Baby Son’s Adorable Name

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have revealed the name of their firstborn child: Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.

It’s been a busy day for royal watchers, as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced the moniker not long after they posed for their very first family portraits at Windsor Castle.

The new parents then introduced the little one to the Queen and Prince Philip, sharing an adorable picture of them all, along with Meghan’s mom Doria Ragland, on Instagram.

The news, unsurprisingly, had everybody talking online. Even Chrissy Teigen shared her excitement: “ARCHIEEEEEEE!”

According to the House of Names, Archie’s middle name Harrison means “son of Henry.”

“Riverdale” gave a nod to the Royal baby on Wednesday, tweeting a GIF of KJ Apa as Archie Andrews with the caption, “Proud to be Archie.”

The announcement comes after Meghan spoke about being a mom for the first time. The Duchess gushed, according to People: “He has the sweetest temperament. He’s really calm.”

Harry added, “I don’t know where he gets that from!” as Meghan continued: “He’s just been a dream. It’s been a special couple of days.”
