Royal Slip Up: The Royal Family Introduces Archie As The Son Of Prince William And Kate

At this point, everyone around Windsor Castle is tired. That includes the staff members who man the Royal Family website.

Shortly after Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor was introduced to the world, the Royal Family tweeted out that the newborn had a page on the official website where people could “find out more.”

Unfortunately, there was one major typo as the baby was introduced as the “first child of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.” That is Prince William and Kate Middleton. Harry and Meghan are styled as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The names have since been corrected but that didn’t stop people from poking fun on Twitter.

“Plot twist,” wrote one person. Another added, “Someone must tell Catherine she just had a baby without her consent.”

Let’s hope everyone sleeps like a baby Wednesday night and will be a little more clear-headed by Thursday.
