Fans are still coming to grips with last night’s emotional series finale of “Castle”;, a tension-filled, high-stress hour that ended on an optimistic note.
Star Nathan Fillion took to Twitter to live-tweet the episode — which would presumably be a good thing, but left some fans griping that he was giving away spoilers as he tweeted.
Fillion, however, laughed off the criticism, tweeting: “But what are they gonna do? Fire me?”;
Yep. But what are they going to do? Fire me? https://t.co/SUGLvDfpFp

While Fillion’s co-star Stana Katic wasn’t nearly as active on Twitter, she did share a tweet (accompanied by a kiss emoji)
from “Castle”; creator Andrew W. Marlowe, praising Katic’s performance.
“Thank you for all the gifts you bestowed on Katherine Beckett. The world is a richer place because of her… and you.”;
