Netflix has unveiled the brand new trailer for the sci-fi thriller “I Am Mother”.
The upcoming flick stars Rose Byrne as the voice of the “Mother” robot who raises her human “daughter,” played by Clara Rugaard.

The jam-packed trailer shows Hilary Swank’s character bursting in to seemingly save the day and get the girl away from the very protective android.
A synopsis for the film reads, “A teenage girl is raised underground by a kindly robot ‘Mother’ – designed to repopulate the earth following the extinction of humankind.”

It continues, “But their unique bond is threatened when an inexplicable stranger arrives with alarming news.”
“I Am Mother” debuted at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival back in January and premieres on Netflix June 7.
