The rise of Fox News and the fall of its founder Roger Ailes is coming to TV next month.
On Thursday, the first trailer was released for the new Showtime miniseries “The Loudest Voice”, starring Russell Crowe as Ailes, and Naomi Watts as news anchor Gretchen Carlson, who accused him of sexual harassment.
“Television is the most powerful force in the world,” Crowe’s Ailes says in the trailer. “We’re gonna give them a vision of the world the way it really is and the way they want it to be. If we can do that, then they will never change the channel.”
The series, which will run for seven episodes, also stars Annabelle Wallis, Sienna Miller, Seth MacFarlane and Simon McBurney.
“The Loudest Voice” premieres June 30.
