Drake’s dad is opening up about his son becoming a father.

While at the Fashion Nova X Cardi B Collection launch on Wednesday, Dennis Graham, spoke to People about how much life has changed.

“This is brand new,” Graham said referring to the son Drake shares with former French adult-film star Sophie Brussaux.

“The baby is only 17 months. He hasn’t had a lot of time [with him], but the baby loves him,” he added. “I’ve seen them interact together, and it’s beautiful.”

Graham noted that the “Hotline Bling” singer “didn’t need” advice from his father when it came to parenting. “He’s got love in his heart.”

The rapper has previously spoken about his son, Adonis, in October while on an episode of Lebron James’ “The Shop”.

“[He has] crazy blue eyes — baby blue eyes,” Drake said, adding, “He’s already in the pool shooting the basketball.”

“I’m just excited,” he said, adding that his parenting style comes from “all of the things I’ve learned from and through my father and the incredible things I’ve learned through my mother about patience, about unconditional love.”

Drake and Brussaux are not together, making it hard for the Canadian star to see his son.

“I am a single father learning to communicate with a woman who, we’ve had our moments,” Drake told James. “I do want to be able to explain to my son what happened. But I don’t have any desire for him to not love his mother. I don’t ever want the world to be angry at his mother. We have found ourselves in a situation and we are both equally responsible. Now, I’m just really excited to be a great father.”
