Fresh off the news that “This Is Us” has been renewed for another three seasons, Sterling K. Brown stopped in to make an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”.
It wouldn’t be a visit to the “Ellen Show” without a good scare. As Brown finished speaking about his project “Survivorship Today: What It’s Like To Live With Cancer” that “illuminates the triumphs and challenges of life after a cancer diagnosis” she then brought out a table for them to play a game that DeGeneres and Portia play. After Brown checked out the table to make sure no one was hiding in it, they sat down to start. As the game went on a man fell from the ceiling scaring Brown.

“I never looked up,” he exclaimed. “The whole time, you watched me check this stuff.”

DeGeneres brought up Brown being named People‘s Sexiest TV Dad which he says his kids could care less about.
The actor also spoke about his upcoming part in “The Angry Birds Movie 2” and how he relates to his nerdy character, Garry. “I’m a bit of a nerd. I went to Stanford which we call ‘nerd nation’ but I go to reunions and I realize I am the least nerdy person here.”
