The ‘American Idol’ Top 3 Have Been Revealed

The “American Idol” top three have been revealed!

Sunday night’s show saw the final five, Alejandro Aranda, Wade Cota, Laine Hardy, Madison VanDenburg and Laci Kaye Booth, all belt out three songs each.

The selection included Elton John tracks, a song chosen by the season’s mentor Bobby Bones and a song relating to Mother’s Day.

After a jam-packed episode, Hardy, VanDenburg and Aranda ended up being voted through. That means that Cota and Booth, who was the judges’ save last week, were eliminated.

Highlights from the latest ep included VanDenberg singing Pink’s “What About Us”, Aranda’s rendition of “Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word” and Hardy’s “Hey Jude”, which he sang in honour of his brother.

Aranda ended the evening with an emotional performance of an original song titled “Blesser”.
