Jerrod Carmichael is getting very candid in his new two-part HBO special “Home Videos”.

In the first special, which debuted over the weekend, the comedian and sitcom creator sat down for a conversation with his mother Cynthia in which he opened up about his sexuality, TV Line reported.
Discussing an affair Cynthia’s husband had, Carmichael asked her if she has ever been attracted to women and revealed, “I’ve hooked up with dudes before.”
After saying she’d never had attraction like that to a woman, Cynthia responded to her son’s revelation, telling him, “Well, Okay. That’s your option. I like men.”
