Wednesday’s episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” featured a sitdown with Kimmel and two 5-year-olds: kindergarteners Dean and Arlene. When asked to define love, little Arlene gave a very mature response: “It’s putting someone’s needs before yours.”
Kimmel was left speechless by Arlene’s insight. “I thought Oprah was off the air,” he teased, visibly stunned. “I don’t know how this is happening.”

Kimmel tried to play matchmaker between the two. He pulled out a “love meter” to try and convince the two kindergartners they were soulmates. It didn’t really work. Each 5-year-old admitted the other was “kind of cute.” Unfortunately, “I’m never going to marry anybody,” Arlene said. “Because it’s kind of disgusting.”
