Selena Gomez is loving her time with Bill Murray.
The actress, 26, is currently in France promoting her new film “The Dead Don’t Die”, which co-stars Murray, at the Cannes Film Festival and the pair appear to be having a great time.
The two walked the red carpet on Wednesday where they shared an adorable moment when Murray whispered something in Gomez’s ear which caused a giggle from the “Wolves” singer. Later, they got playful while posing together for the press.
“My first time in Cannes! I’m so honoured to have been a part of this movie with Jim [Jarmusch] and the whole cast,” Gomez wrote to Instagram. “By the way, Bill Murray and I are getting married.”
Of the viral moment, Murray told Vanity Fair, “I don’t remember what I said,” he shared, laughing. “I was trying to keep her at ease. I really like her. I mean, you still can’t tell me who the hell ‘Selena Gomez’ is—but Gomez… I really like.”
He added, “She’s unusually bright. She’s kind and she’s natural. I’m always pleased to find some kind of pop icon who I really like.”
Following its premiere at Cannes, “The Dead Don’t Die” is on big screens now.
