Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are finally giving fans a glimpse at their new son after welcoming their little bundle of joy last week.
In a Twitter post on Friday, Kardashian introduced the world to their fourth child, Psalm West. A source told Us Weekly the couple “had multiple names” in mind for the baby and did not decide on one “until a day after the birth.”
The post included a picture of the baby wrapped in white blankets while laying in a crib. “Beautiful Mother’s Day with the arrival of our fourth child. We are blessed beyond measure,” a message from West reads underneath.
The two are also parents to Saint, North and Chicago. Psalm West was born on May 10 via surrogate. The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star shared the news on Twitter, writing, “He’s here and he’s perfect.”
TMZ have since posted the little one’s birth certificate, showing Dr. Paul Crane, who also delivered Psalm’s big sisters, North and Chicago, and their brother Saint, welcomed him into the world.
Psalm arrived at 7:02 p.m. local time on May 9 at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles.
Kardashian previously spoke to Entertainment Tonight about her choice to use a new surrogate.
“I love my surrogate, we have a really good relationship,” she said. “I really trust her and I definitely see, like, the first time that I went through it, I was a little bit more anxious, and texting more and calling more, and I feel like my surrogate this time around, really is such a protecting person and I really trust that in her.”
“So, I feel really calm and at ease,” she continued. “I don’t know if it’s a fourth kid thing or, we’ve been through the surrogacy before, you just get a little bit more calm as they go.”
