“The Wonder Years”; actor Jason Hervey reportedly spent the weekend behind bars after taking ambien and getting behind the wheel.
According to gossip site TMZ, Tennessee law enforcement received a call about a swerving pickup truck and when they located it, the police found Hervey in the driver’s seat slurring and red-eyed.

After reportedly failing to pass a field sobriety test, cops searched the truck and found a loaded handgun. Hervey was charged for driving under the influence and carrying a weapon.
The incident took place back in January, but went unnoticed until this past weekend, forcing Hervey to serve 48-hours in jail. Hervey claims he took a prescription for Ambien before getting behind the wheel to run an errand and is thankful the police found him before he was able to do any serious damage.
