Ellen DeGeneres might be best known for her talk show, but home design and real estate are another big passion of hers.

The face behind Ed By Ellen and host of “Ellen’s Design Challenge” just became the new owner of the $45 million piece of Beverly Hills property.

The stunning home was being sold by Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo.

The remodelled 1933 home stretches over 10,000 square feet and includes a guest house, spa, gym, pool, 2 kitchens and a professional screening room for all those movies the DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi likely don’t have time to watch.

The master bedroom is 2,000 square feet by itself.

Levine and Prinsloo didn’t own the home for long. They bought the one-acre estate in 2018 for $35.5 million from Max Mutchnick, creator of “Will And Grace”. The two put in $7 million worth of improvements and listed it last month of $47.5 million reports TMZ.
