Princess Charlotte is set to follow in her big brother’s footsteps and attend Thomas’s Battersea school in South West London.
Prince George, 5, has been attending the school for two years, with Charlotte, 4, having gone to Willcocks Nursery in Kensington since last January.
Kensington Palace confirmed Charlotte will attend the $10,300-a-term school from September 2019 in a press release obtained by ET Canada Friday.
Simon O’Malley, headmaster at Thomas’s Battersea, said: “We are delighted that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have decided that Princess Charlotte will join her elder brother, Prince George, at Thomas’s Battersea.”
He continued, “We greatly look forward to welcoming her and all of our new pupils to the school in September.”
Fees for George were around the $33,000 a year mark, while Charlotte’s will reportedly be more like $32,300 due to her being the family’s second child at the establishment.
Charlotte will also join her cousin Maud Windsor, who is in the same year as George, at the school. Maud is the 5-year-old daughter of Lord Frederick Windsor and Sophie Winkleman.
