Charli XCX gave fans a special treat as she took the stage at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Middlesbrough, England on Saturday.
The singer belted out her own version of The Spice Girls classic “Wannabe”, getting the crowd going with the more up tempo rendition of the track.
Charli’s surprises for the night didn’t end there, as she also joined Miley Cyrus on stage during her set for an epic performance of “We Can’t Stop”.
As the British hitmaker twerked and danced to the song in a revealing ensemble, Cyrus joked that she’d finally found someone who wore less clothing than her.
Cyrus also gave the audience a live preview of three new tracks named “Mother’s Daughter”, “Dream” and “Cattitude”.
