Lady Gaga had a close call during Thursday night’s performance of her Las Vegas residency, Enigma.
While performing her song “Judas” onstage at the Park Theater at Park MGM, Gaga was being assisted by two of her dancers as she exited a large machine-like prop when she lost her footing and took a tumble.
Luckily, the dancers were able to quickly catch her before she fell to the ground, much to the relief of all those Little Monsters in the audience.
Despite the mishap, Gaga soldiered on and continued the song without a hitch.
Fan-shot footage of Gaga’s near-fall quickly made its way to social media:
Gaga will continue performing her Enigma residency — alternating with jazz-and-piano performances — until June 15, at which point she’ll take a lengthy hiatus until she returns with her final batch of shows, kicking off in mid-October.
Meanwhile, earlier on Thursday Gaga made a surprise appearance at the grand opening of Haus of Gaga, a new exhibit displaying some of her most iconic outfits over the past decade, from the “meat dress” she wore to the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards to the custom Alexander McQueen lace gown she wore to shoot the music video for “Alejandro”.
