Sarah Silverman’s Memoir ‘The Bedwetter’ Is Becoming A Musical

“The Bedwetter: Stories Of Courage, Redemption, And Pee”  is getting the Broadway treatment.

Comedian Sarah Silverman’s best-selling 2010 memoir is becoming a musical and will run at New York’s Atlantic Theater Company.

The music is written by Adam Schlesinger of Fountains Of Wane and Ivy with Silverman co-writing the lyrics. Joshua Harmon also assisted in co-writing the play.

“I’ve always been attracted to Sarah Silverman’s comedy — not only how incredibly fun it is but also how dark and subversive it can be,” Atlantic’s artistic director, Neil Pepe, told The New York Times.

“The Bedwetter”‘s performances are set to start on May 9, 2020.
