It seems Harrison Ford is just as brave off-camera as he is in movies like “Raiders Of The Lost Ark” and “Star Wars: A New Hope”.
The Oscar-nominated Best Actor gave skydiving a chance for the first time at age 76. Many would expect to feel some degree of fear when hurling oneself out of a plane at high elevation, but Ford thoroughly enjoyed the process.
“It was fun. It was great. I did like it,” he tells Ellen DeGeneres on Tuesday’s episode of her daytime talk show. Ford had never sought out skydiving. His son Liam was compelled to give it a try and so the father-and-son duo did just that while on vacation in New Zealand.
For those craving more Ford in their lives, the legendary is lending his voice to two films this year. He plays Rooster in “The Secret Life Of Pets 2” and narrates the documentary “Armstrong”. He will also star in 2020’s “Call Of The Wild” with Karen Gillan, Dan Stevens and Bradley Whitford.
