Not only did Halle Berry chow down on some spicy wings, but she also spilled some piping hot tea while appearing on anew episode of First We Feast’s “Hot Ones”.
While chatting with “Hot Ones” host Sean Evans, the “John Wick Chapter 3 – Parabellum” star got candid about the backlash she received for playing Catwoman.
“So many people come up and they say, ‘I don’t care what anybody says, Halle Berry, I loved Catwoman.’ And I’m like, ‘Okay, well what did they say?’ ‘Well they say it sucked! But it really didn’t suck, really, it didn’t. YOU were good! I mean, the movie might have sucked but YOU were good!,'” Berry recalled.
“So, we have this whole dialogue about the movie and we always have a good laugh about it. And then they say, ‘Okay, now do ‘Catwoman 2′!’ And I’m like, ‘No, probably not in this life,’” she hilariously added.
After chowing down on a “Los Calientes” spiced chicken wing, the 52-year-old took part in a segment called “Explain that ‘Gram”, where the “Hot Ones” team does a deep dive on their guest’s Instagram page.
However, this time Evans went deep into the Getty archives and pulled up some classic Halle Berry throwback photos, with one being the moment she won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in “Monster’s Ball” back in 2002.
When asked about how she celebrated her big win, Berry couldn’t recall exactly what happened.
“I don’t remember any of it, none of it. Very shortly after I got that statue, I became inebriated to the point that the whole night is awash,” she said.
