The Beverly Hills mansion that was once home to Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston is back on the market.
The former A-list couple bought the historic home for $13.5 million in 2001, later selling it in 2006, one year after their divorce was finalized. Now, the property is up for grabs once again, this time for a whopping $49 million. That’s $10 million less than when it was originally listed in April.
The 12,000 square foot, five-bedroom home was built in 1934 and boasts 12 bathrooms, dining room space for 20, a master suite with fireplace, and heated marble floors in the kitchen according to the listing with realtor Hilton & Hyland. The spacious home also boasts a screening room with a digital projector, a tennis court and a large swimming pool, in addition to a separate guest house.
