Machine Gun Kelly Sued By Actor Gabriel ‘G-Rod’ Rodriguez Following 2018 Attack

Machine Gun Kelly has found himself in a legal battle.

The rapper is being sued by actor Gabriel “G-Rod” Rodriguez following a 2018 beat down, caught on video, in Atlanta.

G-Rod is claiming MGK ordered the attack because of Kelly’s ongoing beef with Eminem.

Video footage obtained by TMZ shows G-Rod getting jumped by men allegedly from Kelly’s camp. Three of the attackers were later charged with misdemeanour battery but Atlanta police claim it had nothing to do with Kelly.

G-Rod has now filed a suit against the 29-year-old rapper, the three others for battery and the hotel for negligence in the incident.

Rodriguez’s attorney, Blake Dolman, told TMZ, “Mr. Rodriguez looks forward to his day in court and holding those responsible for this vicious and cowardly attack fully responsible for their actions.”
