Bill Murray did not expect to be so fond of Selena Gomez.
In an interview with People, the 68-year-old actor spoke glowingly of his “The Dead Don’t Die” co-star.
“I learned that I like her,” Murray said. “I learned that whatever preconception I had about someone that had 55 million, billion followers of something — maybe, I probably thought she was different than she turned out to be.
“I enjoyed her very much. I like her very much.”
In fact, Murray has such a high opinion of Gomez that he thinks even his mother would have enjoyed meeting her.
“If my mother were alive I’d bring her home to her,” he laughed. “‘Mother, I want you to meet Selena.’”
