Tyra Banks is slashing the price of her Beverly Hills home by just over $1-million after not being able to sell the place for months.
Originally listed in September 2015 for $8-million, the renovated Spanish-style mansion now appears on The Open House for a price tag of $6.5-million. It’s not a total loss for the former “America’s Top Model”; host, considering she bought the property in 2004 for $3-million.
At 5,740 square feet, the 1926 Spanish Colonial home, equipped with handcrafted tiles and maple wood planked floors, features 4 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, as well as a formal dining room, a library, a sun room, a media room, a gym and, even, a safe room.
The mansion also boasts an outdoor kitchen with seating for 12, a fire pit and a swimming pool.
