Meghan Markle is heading back to her editorial roots.
Two years after shutting down her lifestyle website The Tig, the Duchess of Sussex will act as guest editor for British Vogue‘s coveted September issue this year.
A source confirmed to ET Canada that Markle will welcome Vogue into Frogmore Cottage in the coming weeks to pose for photographs set to appear in the magazine’s biggest issue of 2019.
According to an Us Weekly source, Markle won’t just edit the magazine but she’ll also write an opinion piece, reportedly “bringing a selection of female changemakers on board to write their own personal essays.”
Markle isn’t the first royal to team up with Britsh Vogue, Kate Middleton was featured on the publication’s June 2016 cover as part of a collaboration between the magazine and the National Portrait Gallery. The Duchess of Cambridge has been a patron of the National Portrait Gallery since 2012.
