Laryngitis may have grounded Rihanna this past week, but her first-ever concert documentary soars May 6 on Fox.
RIHANNA 777 features concert footage and behind-the-scenes shenanigans from the Barbados-born singer’s tour: Seven concerts and seven countries in seven days, celebrating Rihanna’s uber-successful seventh album, Unapologetic.
Our very own Roz Weston was one of the 256 lucky fans and journalists who went along for the ride last November, joining Rihanna on a 777 jet that took them from Mexico City to Toronto, Stockholm, Paris, Berlin, London and NYC.
From popping champagne corks to backstage chaos, the film is a thrilling look at the momentum behind Rihanna’s fame and the rise of Unapologetic, which made Billboard’s Hot 100 the day after the tour ended.
