Academy Award winner Mo’Nique and her husband Sidney Hicks are reportedly having some trouble with the IRS.
The Daily Mail reports the couple have been knocked with a $400,000 tax bill by the government and could end up homeless if they do not pay.
According to official records in Georgia, the IRS filed a Federal Tax Lien, claiming the couple, who married in 2006, refused to pay their taxes for the years 2013 and 2014. In 2013, they owed $201,695 and in 2014, they owed $188,208.

As a result, the federal government has threatened to seize their property and assets, including a 10,600-square-foot home in Duluth, Georgia, they purchased for $2.8 million, if the amount is not paid.
