Bethenny Frankel’s on-screen blowup on Wednesday night’s “Real Housewives Of New York City” wasn’t a one-time thing, according to Sunny Hostin.
“The View” host chatted with her co-hosts on Thursday morning, recapping the explosive episode of the hit reality series that saw Frankel dragging co-star Luanne de Lesseps, calling her “sick” and “insufferable” after de Lesseps mocked Tinsley Mortimer.
“I don’t know Bethenny, but I’ve seen her behave that way on the beach when she was yelling at my kids,” Hostin said.
While Meghan McCain pointed out that at the time of “RHONY” filming that scene, Frankel had just lost her boyfriend, Dennis Shields, to an overdose, causing the “grief panic attack,” but her co-hosts disagreed.
“It was on the middle of the day and my child was about seven playing with other children at about two in the afternoon and she said that her child was napping inside with the window open and that our children were being too loud on the beach,” Hostin explained.
“[She] yelled at my child and I went out there and stood in front of my child and I yelled at her and told her adults speak to adults,” she added. “And she knows I’m telling the truth.”
Hostin has mentioned the incident before, back in 2016 she revealed she had rented a home next to Frankel’s in the Hamptons.
