Britney Spears Granted Permanent Restraining Order Against Former Manager

A judge has ruled in Britney Spears’ favour and granted her the restraining order against her former manager Sam Lutfi.

According to both TMZ and the Blast, Lutfi has to stay 200 yards away from the singer, her family, cannot try and contact any of them or make disparaging comments about Britney.

The “Toxic” singer was not in court but her family spoke out for her. Her father, Jamie Spears, recalled a text message sent to her sister, Jamie Lynn Spears’, husband, Jamie Watson. Lutfi said that he could change the conservatorship so that her mother, Lynne Spears, would be in charge.

Watson sent the message to his father-in-law, who contact his lawyer. According to Jamie, Lutfi was trying to “disassemble the conservatorship.”
