Madonna talks about motherhood during an appearance on Friday’s “Graham Norton Show”.

The singer, who is mom to Lourdes, 22, Rocco, 18, David, 13, Mercy, 13, and twins Estere and Stelle, 6, thinks there are times when her kids wish she wasn’t so famous.

Madonna shares, “I think they wish I wasn’t Madonna. I think it would be less challenging, in their minds, if they didn’t have me as their mother.”

The hitmaker, who has just released her brand-new studio album Madame X, admits she still gets nervous about releasing new material.

Madonna insists, “I’m feeling anxiety right now. Every time feels like the first time.”

She says she decided to perform in intimate venues such as London’s Palladium on her upcoming tour because it allows her to see everyone in the audience.

The singer then rubbishes rumours that a biopic of her life is in the works.

She reveals, “If there ever is one, I’ll be directing it. I warn any director who tries to make one, there will be a mysterious death!”
