Nolan Gould looks a far cry from how he looked in his days playing little brother Luke Dunphy in “Modern Family” in his sizzling new photoshoot for C’est Prune.
The now-20-year-old shows off his abs in a series of snaps, discussing everything from growing up on screen to his love of the outdoors in the accompanying interview.

C'est What?! That's not the Luke Dunphy we know from @abcmodernfam. We went for a big mood hangin from the rafters shirtless with @nolangould. Check out his cover story now live on the site. Gould said of being a child star, “I think it goes without saying that it’s pretty crazy having spent 10, coming up on 11, years on a TV show. That’s almost half my life.”
“It’s been such a big part of my life for the last decade that it’s going to be very strange moving on. I’m not sure what to compare it to for someone that hasn’t been a part of it. Maybe it’s similar to finally finishing school after years of studying and hard work. I’ll be sad to leave it behind but I’m looking forward to the future.”
“I didn’t used to [relate to Luke] when the show first started but as the years go on it’s getting harder for me to separate us in my mind. Sometimes, especially from the earlier episodes, I can’t remember if I actually did something or if it was just me acting. I guess spending half of your life as someone else will do that to you.”
Gould said of the outdoors: “Being outside is my favourite thing and the one downside to acting is that you spend most of your time in an enclosed sound stage.”
