In “Absentia”, Stana Katic plays an FBI agent who goes missing for years while pursuing a serial killer and is presumed dead when she reappears with amnesia, only to become the prime suspect in a murder.

The former “Castle” star appeared on the latest edition of “The IMDbShow LIVE”, where she chatted with Ian de Borja about the second season, which recently aired in Canada on Showcase (but can still be viewed On Demand).

During her discussion, the Canadian-born actress revealed that she and her co-stars, while filming in Bulgaria, took part in some on-brand bonding experiences by visiting escape rooms.

In addition, Katic also divulged that she met with an actual FBI agent as part of her research for the role.

“I had an FBI meeting while I was in Bulgaria,” she said. “It was really nice and really generous of the man who kind of sat me down and ran through their procedure.”

Meanwhile, she also participated in an “IMDb Show” tradition by running through her IMDb page and sharing her recollections of her many previous roles.
