Madonna had quite the eventful “Tonight Show” interview Thursday.
The 60-year-old, who recently released her 14th studio album Madame X, proposed to Jimmy Fallon after complimenting him on his powder-blue tie.
As the host pointed out it was a “summer tie,” the pair then belted out a few lines of “Summertime” before Madonna said: “I think we just decided that we’re gonna get married. That’s the whole point of the veil.”

Madonna, who wore a black veil to the chat, continued: “The more marriages I have the shorter my veil gets. It’s weird. I have less to reveal.”
The singer also had a neon dance battle with the host, and gushed about the time she met Barack Obama on Fallon’s show.
She shared, “Oh, my God. That is probably the most nervous I’ve ever been in my life. I had butterflies in my stomach. I was completely and utterly starstruck. I was gagging.
“He’s so hot, sorry!”
