James Corden’s “Late Late Show” has set up shop in his hometown of London this week, where he’s been welcoming a series of A-list guests.
On Tuesday’s show, Corden welcomed Little Mix to his temporary studio in London’s Central Hall Westminster, where the group took some liberties during their performance of new single “Bounce Back” by striding from the musical stage to Corden’s desk mid-song to serenade the host.
Clad in various leopard-print outfits, Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jesy Nelson and Perrie Edwards had Corden bopping along to the infectious track, seemingly surprised by the performance spilling over to his desk as the women danced, even indulging in a little twerking.
Corden appeared even more surprised when one of the women took him by the hand and brought him out in front of the desk as backup dancers swarmed the stage.
“Bounce Back” is the first new music from Little Mix since 2018.
“I think personally, it’s our favourite,” Nelson said of the song in a recent interview with Mirror Online.
“It’s summery and feel-good and very cool and we just love it,” she continued. “It just makes you want to dance.”
