Avril Lavigne is finally going back on the road.
On Monday, the Canadian singer announced she’s about to head out on her first tour in five years.
The “Head Above Water” tour will play 15 cities across North America, including a show at the Sony Centre of the Performing Arts in Toronto on Oct. 6.
The tour, which is in support of Lavigne’s new album Head Above Water, is set to kick off Sept. 14 in Seattle, travelling all the way to Philadelphia on Oct. 11.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, June 28 and $1 from each ticket sold will go to The Avril Lavigne Foundation in support of people with Lyme disease, as well as other illnesses or disabilities.
