The star-studded first trailer for Roland Emmerich’s “Midway” has been unveiled.
The upcoming flick, based upon the Battle of Midway during World War II, stars Mandy Moore and Ed Skrein, who share heartfelt moments in the new teaser.
Patrick Wilson, Luke Evans, Darren Criss, Alexander Ludwig, Nick Jonas, Dennis Quaid, and Woody Harrelson also star in the movie.

The official synopsis reads, “‘Midway’ centres on the Battle of Midway, a clash between the American fleet and the Imperial Japanese Navy, which marked a pivotal turning point in the Pacific Theatre during WWII.
“The film, based on the real-life events of this heroic feat, tells the story of the leaders and soldiers who used their instincts, fortitude, and bravery to overcome the odds.”
