While fans are used to seeing Jeremy Renner battling intergalactic villains alongside his fellow Avengers, but they’re not accustomed to seeing the two-time Oscar nominee belting out a power ballad.
Yet, that’s exactly what the 48-year-old actor does in his new single, “Heaven Don’t Have A Name”, which dropped on Friday.
On Wednesday, Renner took to Twitter to tease that something musical was “coming soon…”
“Many people around the world recognize Jeremy’s passion for acting. However, few know that Jeremy’s first passion was music. He played drums in his high school band before ever considering a career in film. Jeremy has written and produced much of his own material featuring his skills on piano and guitar, as well as his vocals,” reads a passage, revealing that he’s recorded an album “and hopefully will be releasing it soon!”
In fact, Renner previously recorded an Imagine Dragons-style cover of “House Of The Rising Sun”.
