The Duke of Sussex was accompanied to the Boston Red Sox vs. New York Yankees London Series game by the Duchess of Sussex who surprised fans with her unannounced visit.
The Duchess looked fresh and rested in a Stella McCartney dress and Aquazzura flats while the Duke wore one of the signature Invictus polos.
Meghan Markle, 37, and Prince Harry, 34, met with both teams before the game where they were given gifts for their seven-week-old son, Archie.
The Red Sox gave their first child a team outfit complete with a mini baseball bat while the Yankees presented the Duke and Duchess with a custom jersey that reads “Archie”.
Meghan is technically still on maternity leave, but she took the day off to accompany Harry to all of the day’s activities that were in support of the Invictus Games. In addition to meeting the teams before the first ever European match between two MLB teams, Harry and Meghan also attended a reception with former U.K. and U.S. Invictus competitors.
While neither member of the royal family threw out the first pitch, the Duke and Duchess did step out on the field to accompany Invictus athletes who were given the honour of the ceremonial pitch.
