Lil Nas X just met his idol, Ellie Goulding.
After the “Old Town Road” singer tweeted out his love for Goulding, “Capital Breakfast” radio host Roman Kemp took it upon himself to surprise Nas with Goulding herself.
“I have been in the UK for 27 minutes and I have yet to see Ellie Goulding float down from the clouds singing ‘Lights’ [sic],” Nas wrote on Twitter during his first day across the pond.

But during his chat with Kemp, the 20-year-old artist’s dreams came true when Goulding walked in mid-interview.

And Goulding shared the love.
“It’s exciting,” she said about his breakout hit. “I love it. I love it when a song just seems to come out of nowhere.”
