Alessia Cara Teams Up With Juanes For Emotional Spanish-Language Duet ‘Querer Mejor’

Alessia Cara is debuting her first-ever Spanish-language track.

The Canadian songwriter has teamed up with Juanes for the emotional new song “Querer Mejor”.

The pair have previously collaborated, joining forces at the 2017 Latin Grammy Awards for a bilingual version of Logic’s suicide-awareness single “1-800-273-8255″.

In light of the success of their performance, the duo released their version of the track and an accompanying music video.

The brand-new vibrant visual sees both Cara and Juanes on various streets, rooftops and theatres throughout Madrid singing, “Maybe tomorrow when we’re old/And our hearts get a little wrinkled/I will know how to love better.”

The ballad’s title, inspired by lifelong lovers, translates to “Love Better” in Spanish.
