Kanye West is speaking out against describing people as “crazy,” and it seems the only thing crazy about him is his sales.

The “Gold Digger” rapper will reportedly top $1.5 billion in sales in 2019 through his fashion, footwear and music empires, according to Forbes. The publication estimates West’s personal income at $150 million over the 12 months. Despite potentially disappointing album sales for his last project Ye, his Yeezy fashion and Adidas footwear collaborations are raking in big bucks.

When asked about the hundreds of Adidas sneaker prototypes stored behind his Calabasas office, West told the Forbes reporter, “You can’t calculate love. These things are made to bring incalculable joy.”

West, 42, also touched on mental health. “‘Crazy’ is a word that’s not gonna be used loosely in the future,” West said. “Understand that this is actually a condition that people can end up in, be born into, driven into and go in and out. And there’s a lot of people that have been called that ‘C’ word that have ended up on this cover.”

The rapper and fashion designer shared similar sentiments when appearing on Netflix’s “My Next Guest Needs No Introduction” with David Letterman. “This is a sprained brain, like having a sprained ankle,” he said at the time. “And if someone has a sprained ankle, you’re not gonna push on him more.”

“I am a product guy at my core. To make products that make people feel an immense amount of joy and solve issues and problems in their life, that’s the problem-solving that I love to do,” West told Forbes. “There’s a little bit of Lamborghini in everything I do. Yeezy is the Lamborghini of shoes.”
