Pink Is Forced To Defend Her Parenting Choices Again As Trolls Slam Her For Letting Her Kids Run At The Holocaust Memorial

Pink and her family are taking a break in Berlin as she brings her tour to the city, when the singer shared many pictures of her children enjoying their surroundings.

One of those photos was of Willow, 8, and Jameson, 2, at the Holocaust Memorial running between the concrete pillars.

After a number of comments criticizing the “So What” singer for letting her kids run in a memorial, she edited her caption to explain herself.

“For all of the comments; these two children are in actuality Jewish, as am I and the entirety of my mothers family. The very person who constructed this believed in children being children, and to me this is a celebration of life after death. Please keep your hatred and judgment to yourselves,” she wrote.

Many people pointed out that Peter Eisenman, the architect behind the memorial, has previously said he has no problems with children playing there.

“People have been jumping around on those pillars forever. They’ve been sunbathing, they’ve been having lunch there and I think that’s fine,” Eisenman previously told BBC. “A memorial is an everyday occurrence, it is not sacred ground.”

Pink took a break from posting pictures of her children on Instagram after she received mass amounts of backlash for a picture of her son without his diaper on. “I didn’t even notice he took off his swim diaper. I deleted it because you’re all f**king disgusting. And now I’m turning off my comments and shaking my head at the state of social media and keyboard warriors,” Pink said at the time.
